This property could not be any closer to the beach, the views from even the ground floor are stunning. The pool area is a pleasant space to sit and either enjoy the sun or swim. The property rents out SUP boards and has easy access by car or Uber taxi to Bloubergstrand, Cape Town or V&A Waterfront. The property is split into various sized apartments all with various labels each facing either the pool area or the beach. The first story beach view would be a personal preference.
Storage for water sports equipment is available which can be easily carried to the waters edge.

Great location, fantastic views

Ocean 12 is located on a great location, as a lot of guesthouses in this area. Unfortunatelly the standard of the 2 houses next to eachother does not hold what they promise, nor does it justify their prices of a 5* Hotel. The management is arrogant and seems uninterested, even annoyed by questions or worries of guests and talks to you as if you are the problem. The rooms are ok, but done without any loving hand. Lots of detail not working, not taken care of. Had to leave and change to another place.
