Amazing stay comfortable and luxurious rooms! The host is very involved and goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. Quality linen and finishes, Highly recommend Crisp guest rooms for a stay in bloem. Very central and in safe pocket.

Superb stay luxurious room

We had booked a guest house close by, was asked to change to Crisp Guest Rooms, and what a fantastic option, we completely enjoyed our 4 night stay.
Impeccable hospitality offered by owner Clinton 👏 excellent clean rooms cleaned daily with new towels, first class cooked breakfast, which was different daily and at a time you needed set in his own beautiful rear garden
The little touch of exchanging WhatsApp numbers on arrival allowed us to keep the break fully flexible

Perfect 4 Day Stay

What a lovely stay! The room was spacious and tidy. We received a confirmation message the day before arrival wishing us safe travels (which is a nice personalized touch). We were received warmly upon arrival. The bed was SUPER comfortable. All in all a good night's rest. 

Great overnight stay

We stopped over one night in Dec on the way to Plettenberg bay. We arrived close to 10pm and the owner welcomed us warmly. He has sent a location and it was easy to find. The room was 100% clean and beautifully decorated. Lovely bathroom with window (bath and shower) and secure  parking close to the room. Have been to many guesthouses in Bloem and this one is recommended. We did not have breakfast as we left at 4am. 

Great Stop over 

A true gem found between a mountain of rocks needs to be hushed about, or all of the country will embark on a FOLO experience!

CRISP is at the most upper-end of FIVE star standards - In my opinion, I would double that stars...

So do not be surprised to measure all future accommodation against CRISP!!

Charming and friendly owner/manager, excellent stop over accommodation, comfortable kingsize bed and everything you need in your room plus secure undercover parking right outside your door.  Couldn't be better!

Make this your Bloemfontein stop over!

I had a great time staying for a night in Bloem at this place. The owner was super nice and helped me out to find a place to eat. The bed was really comfortable and everything was just really nice and modern inside. Would recommend.

Great place for a stop over

We stayed at Crisp guest rooms over Easter holidays, the rooms are modern and beautifully decorated, I like the close proximity to the Mimosa mall. The shower is amazing, we had hot water all the time and fresh clean towels. The staff was friendly and welcoming and Denise is a super host, goes all out to make sure we are comfortable. The tea/coffee station was well equipped and they left us complimentary drinking water. The room was so clean one could easily walk in to the shower glass as it was spotless.
The only downfall is that the first night was cold and the air conditioner took forever to heat up the room and they didn't have extra blankets in the room, but Denise mentioned that it had been warmer the previous day's, this could be why they didn't have blankets.
I would recommend this place anytime and any day, I love it.

Lovely place to stay

Bloemfontein is a midway station, but hey, the locals ought to grab the opportunity and Clinton has. I stayed over in Bloem. there i said it. The Guest House sits in a quiet crescent. the room was clean and the bed was firm enough on which to play a game of quarters. When I travel i bbq. that's when i know i'm relaxed. and so when Clinton gave me a spot to fire up my grill this stop over became an extension of my vacay. I liked that there was sufficient shelf space and there were nifty space saving storage ideas. 
There was limited natural light but enough should you arrive late in the arvie and the lighting features are more than sufficient. 
My preference for a bathroom is that it is closed-off and private so i can read in peace. Me alone in this guest room was fine even though the bathroom is enclosed in glass and aluminium, but if i was with my wife i am not so sure we would be so comfortable. horses for courses.
On the whole i didn't have to wear flip-flops in the shower and that's mybenchmark for cleanliness

Over night stop en route home

This place is quite lovely. Two wonderful ladies helped me and my boyfriend settle in, Alrika and Louise. Very spacious rooms, with cutlery, a TV with dstv channels and a few other things including WiFi. Unfortunately they do not serve breakfast. However, there are nice restaurants less than 10 minutes from the guest house. Neighbours got a bit rowdy on both nights that we stayed there, but shortly after notifying Alrika, the noise simmered down.
