The apartments in VIP residence are superb - clean, nice and comfortable. We stayed in the ground floor apartment with direct entrance from the terace to the pool. The owner is really nice and there is a bar for the residence's guests with food&drinks (coffee, cocktails, pizza, ice cream etc.). The pool is amazing and so is the view to Slovenian coast. There is breakfast available (15€/person). The shop is close (with a car). The kitchen is ok equipted but quite small. Apartment had AC and huge TV. If you want to visit Piran - Tartini's square is about 20' by foot (to Portorose is best to go with a car). There is parking for the guests. I recommend this place, it is perfect for a romantic getaway!
