Good breakfast, just 3min walking distance to the lake, free parking, bikes available and can be used for free, nice and calm location, Brigitta is always ready to help with any matter, good space in the room and bathroom, both were tidy and clean. The external part of the hotel was a bit "messy" with clothes drying, cleaning bucket laying around, ventilators on the corridors... maybe a small thing, but only that avoid me to give a 5.

Bled with a nice country side feeling

Location: perfect, within walking distance to the lake, just be careful of the narrow streets and passing cars. If you are looking for a true local experience, hearing the cows' bells in the neighboring cow barn (and smelling them a bit too, but it's a lovely natural smell) this is the right choice for you. Our room was in a typical wooden house and our host Brigita was extra kind, helpful and hospitable, preparing us breakfast as early as 7 am, because we went on an early day trip. The food she prepared was delicious and plentiful, she made us lots of scrambled eggs and pancakes, served us (among other things) home-made jam and local cold meat.

A true local experience

Rooms Jerman is conveniently located within walking distance to the lake. The staff is very efficient and helpful with the areas of interest.
The location was also convenient for the morning trek to Mala Osojnica. Would recommend this place to families.

Quiet, clean place near the lake

We spent one night in this clean (really clean!), cozy, comfortable apartment house. The owner lady was very kind. Walking distance from the lake, city center and restaurants. Definitely recommend this place.

Very clean, very well equipped, would return anytime

Rooms Jerman is truly the best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed at because of the owner Rigita and her outstanding, gracious, caring customer service. She puts so much hard work into running her multi-generation family owned B&B business. She goes above and beyond to make her guests feel like this is also their home. This includes adding little extra touches throughout the resort to make your stay more comfortable such as the bathrooms having toothbrush holders, providing free bikes to ride around Lake Bled, shoe storage containers with slippers for guests to borrow, lots of umbrellas for unexpected rain, and reading materials and magazines. The B&B is in Mlinska, which is the middle part of Lake Bled, and I found it to be very central because it meant you could walk 10 minutes in either direction and have the best of both worlds from all Bled has to offer. Bled city centre is 1.5km to the right, and the lake beach area which offers boat rentals, swimming and camping is less than 1km to your left, where there are a lot of hiking trails too. It is smack dab in the middle of everything you would need for a holiday in Bled. Best of all, it is 100 meters from the Lake and a main bus stop that takes you everywhere (airport, Bohnj, downtown Bled, the castle). There is also a mercador (grocery store) a block away. The rooms are huge, as in comparable to something you would find in the USA. Most rooms offer a very large wardrobe, modern bathroom, large comfortable bed, and all rooms have a terrace. Breakfast was outstanding, there was a large variety of foods and drinks to choose from and Rigita will make you scrambled or poached eggs. She has coffee, tea, juices, potable water, many pastries that she bakes herself, bread, meat and cheeses, along with cereal options. Much more than what you would expect for a continental breakfast and it is only 5 Euro, which is well worth the price. My favorite thing about the B&B was the staff. Rigita is the owner, the place has been in her family for generations and originally started as a farm. If you have the opportunity to spend time with her, definitely ask about her families history of the place. Also her cleaning person is so friendly and does such a good job to make sure the rooms are spotless especially the bathrooms and linens. From the service, to the cleanliness, safety and location, all these things made my week-long stay here one of the most enjoyable trips I have ever had in Europe. Rigita truly has done such a fabulous job making this a wonderful place to stay and I would absolutely come back.

Best Bed & Breakfast I have ever Stayed at and Fabulous Location

The staff was very very kind and sweet. We chose this place as we drove down to Croatia. It was a walking distance to the lake and parking was right in front. They also have a nice breakfast far more than we expected. I definitely recommend this place to stay!

lovely sweet guest house+walk to the lake!

We were here for the 3rd time in the last 5 years. Because our family got bigger (2 children), we asked for an apartment with lake view and balcony.
The apartment is very new, looks like it is just renovated. Clean and new furniture and bathroom, kitchen equipment, everything was spotless clean.
Brigita like always ready to help. She prepares a really good breakfast.
3 minutes distance to the lake, good price considering Bled standards in the summer when almost everything is full booked.

Our place to stay in Bled

I booked this guest house last minute (we turned up 10mins after booking!). We didn't know what to expect but were very surprised - the place (and host) exceeded expectations!

The lady who owned the building was lovely and helped us a lot with tips on the area etc. The room was very big, clean & quiet.

There are 2 amazing restaurants just down the road (on lake Bled) and everything is walkable.

We'd love to return!
