Nice place for very fair price, just 100 m from lake and walk path, near the Palic zoo, room was nice and in the morning you will be able to eat fresh prepaired breakfast. Free wifi on site is available.

Weekend on Palic

I give it 4 stars just because the staff was nice and thoughtful enough to leave us the keys to our room at the neighbors lounge bar  because we were really late due to heavy traffic at the borders! Other then that not so clean and really old facilities! 

Eurotrip stop

Such "high" rating is based only on the really great location (100m from the lake) and private parking (with the fence). With all other things we had a bad experience. Women on the reception when we came was a little bit to rude and offensive (and she's the owner of the property). The breakfast is not worth of that money, rather go eat somewhere else, there are bakeries 5 min walking distance from the hotel.

Bad experience with the staff

I am frequent traveler and never in life anywhere in the world experienced this. IT IS UNHEARD OF! Found locked door! Note in my booking.com reservation stated that I would check-in on Monday Sep 14th between 11pm and midnight. 
I was rushing from Vienna south (due to migrant crisis the traffic was horible and blocked several times and many detours) and managed to arrive at 23:40. DOOR LOCKED!? There are three phone numbers on board: one stationary one fixed called them many times over NO ANSWER! Low occupancy rate around 25-30% in general and and might have been even lower at that place on that specific night 'forced' young owner lady to shut it down. (There was just light in a lobby). She was strictly pursuing her egoistic goals and WHO CARES FOR CUSTOMER. Saw her next day while unlocking entrance door 'by chance' around 4 pm(I was on my way to near by restaurant). 
Needless to say, I suffered a lot, was tired and sleepy. Bumped into group of 80 Afghans on their way to near by Hungarian border. None was willing to open door at any other accommodation around midnight or after and I found room somehow by help of a cab driver (his friend's owner wife of 'Vila Petrovic' invited me in) at 2:15 am. Have all documentation to confirm above. Of course, I ended up paying higher price for the same type of double room...
The worst feeling I ever had in any part of the world. 
But, that was not the end of it. Several days later booking.com contacted and asking about my 'NO SHOW'.When I explained WHAT INDEED HAPPENED, they gave some vague, pale answer that humiliates more than comforts. The owner will probably continue her own way unpunished and being on the right side of doing business.

I found locked property, even though my booking through booking.com CONFIRMED

We have chosen Villa Regina for one night stay on our way to Vienna. The host warmly welcomed us, the flat was comfortable and cozy. It is just a 100 meters away from the picturesque lake where you can have a walk and a delicious dinner near the lake. You hear the birds signing in the morning and the feeling of nature is unforgettable. Our host prepared a very delicious breakfast for all of us at a very good price.
Strongly recommend it for families with kids!
