this owner charged us 1000 rubs for using the towels!!!! absurd !!!! this apartment should be taken out of this site , immediately!!!! total nonsense !!! avoid this apartment at any cost !!! and 4th floor without lift !!!

Согласно условиям бронирования, размещённым в карточке квартиры, страховой депозит не возвращается в случае порчи имущества.
Теперь мы разъясним нашу позицию по озвученным претензиям:
1. После выезда гостей было обнаружено, что необратимо испорчена 3-литровая кастрюля: оплавлена крышка и прогорело эмалированное покрытие. Кастрюлю пришлось заменить и ущерб превысил сумму страхового депозита, что и явилось причиной его удержания.
2. 1 банное полотенце, 1 полотенце для ног и 1 кухонное полотенца имели значительные загрязнения. Сложилось впечатление, что полотенца использовались в качестве половых тряпок. Отстирать их окончательно не получилось даже после нескольких агрессивных стирок. Работа по их приведению в порядок легла на наш бюджет, гостям денежные претензии по данной позиции не предъявлялись.
3. Этажность дома и этаж расположения квартиры указываются хостом при ведении переговоров с гостем. В карточке объекта указано отсутствие лифта в здании. Центр города Великий Новгород составляют малоэтажные здания старого фонда и ни один из домов Исторического центра лифтом не оборудован.
