Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The time of check-in and check-out must be agreed in advance, adhering to standard standards: Check-in - 13.00, Check-out - 12.00. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by agreement of the parties. Upon check-in, a deposit (security deposit) is paid, which is returned after check-out and cleaning of the apartment.

When you move out, you must leave the apartment in a clean state, take away the garbage. Smoking is only possible outside. If the smell of tobacco or electronic cigarettes is detected, a fine will be charged.
Payment for accommodation is collected at the hotel on the day of arrival.
