Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The renovation of the 25 m swimming pool (which is included in the price) has been extended until 12/01/24.
Guests should pay for 1 night pre-arrival as a guarantee.
For children under 14, a birth certificate is required. For the settlement of minor children without parents, it is necessary to present a notarized power of attorney (for children under 14 years of age, the power of attorney must be for the accompanying person, for children over 14 years of age, the power of attorney can be issued for the child).
The guest's credit card details will be shared with the hotel as a guarantee of the booking. The hotel may charge the card in the event of a guest's no-show or late cancellation, and may pre-authorise a credit card prior to guest check-in.
All children under 5 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
The cost of renting a baby cot for a child from 0 to 5 years old is RUB 800.00 per day.
