The building is located on the green Andreevsky Boulevard — the pedestrian part of the 6-7 lines of Vasilievsky Island. Simple Seasons Rooms are located on the 4th (last) floor of the building. There is no elevator. Vasileostrovskaya Metro Station is 120 m from the living quarters. The Bolshaya Neva Embankment is located nearby.
