The apartment was on the 5th floor, the buiding doesn't have an elevator, and there is no information about it. Problem with hot water. On the second day of our stay we couldn't get our breakfast in place. Very very poor service.

Don't come here! No lobby, no elevator, no wifi, no umbrellas, no good food and no late check out! It's a max. 2 star hotel for the price of 5. The stairs will kill your back. The hotel is two stories of the building, so don't be fooled by the pictures .. it's nothing like reality. Almost ruined our otherwise perfect trip to Russia

The location was brilliant, walking distance to some of the tourist sights and right beside the metro. The room was perfect and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
