The room was lovely and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The location is absolutely fantastic, walking distance from all amenities and historical sites, not to mention a lovely view of the river Pskov.
What was bad
The bathroom extractor fan was a bit noisy at times, but could easily be remedied if serviced or cleaned.

It is in the city center, by the park and the river, and has a nice view. The area is very quiet.
The room was comfortable, but I wish it were more spacious. The bed and bathroom were good. The room was quiet.
Everything was spotless.
The receptionist was friendly and polite.
What was bad
I wish the room were more spacious and had an electric kettle, or at least the hotel cafe was open in the evening.

The rooms are shabby, the breakfast is scarce and the lady in the restaurant is quite unfriendly
