Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Please note that according to paragraph 18 of the "Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation", approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2020 No. 1853, check-in is carried out on the basis of:
— passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation or birth certificates (for persons under the age of 14) for citizens of the Russian Federation;
— passport of a foreign citizen and a valid migration card for citizens of foreign countries.
Additionally, for minor citizens of the Russian Federation, who move in without parents, the following is required:
— for persons over 14 years of age: a power of attorney from parents;
— for persons under the age of 14: a power of attorney from parents for the accompanying person, as well as the presence and settlement of the accompanying person.
In case of failure to provide these documents, settlement is impossible. Cancellations are the responsibility of the guest.
Guests are required to pay a deposit of RUB 1000.00 per stay. The deposit is refunded upon departure.

Tania, or was she Tatiana? The girl at reception was awesome. She treated us excellent, allowed us to leave our bags very early in the morning, almost 7am, and told us to stay in a small room to rest if we wanted, until check in was available. We left to walk the city anyway, but she was very nice offering that. Didn’t know English but she communicated very well anyway, and cooked great breakfast as well. We loved the place.
