The territory of the sanatorium is located on 6 hectares of land. There is a drinking mineral water pump room on the territory, located 20 m from the well.

The medical base of the boarding house has a balneological department, offers mud therapy, physiotherapy, inhalation services, as well as a massage room, functional diagnostics, a dental office, an aromatherapy room and a physical therapy room.

The sanatorium offers 3 meals a day with a custom-made system of dishes, each vacationer is invited to choose an individual menu with buffet elements. Dining area - 4 dining rooms with 200 seats.

For lovers of varied recreation, there is a swimming pool, a steam and hydrotherapy clinic, a gym and a billiard room, a basketball and volleyball court, a football field and a children's playground, a tennis court and a bicycle rental service. There is a cinema hall, a library, a dance hall and a chess and checkers hall. Vacationers have access to long-distance telephone communications, 24-hour guarded parking, safes for storing valuables, laundry, and it is possible to order a transfer upon prior request.
