Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The house is not suitable for noisy companies and parties. Accommodation is strictly from 20 years old. The stay of guests beyond the established reservation is prohibited. Smoking is prohibited — a fine of RUB 2000.00.
The cost of accommodation for 2 people:
Weekdays (Mon-Thu): RUB 7990.00 per day.
Weekdays (Fri): RUB 11990.00 per day.
Weekends (Sat): RUB 11990.00 per day.
Weekends (Sun): RUB 8990.00 per day.
Additional guest — RUB 1500.00.
Children under 10 years old stay free of charge, without providing an additional set of bed linen. The cost of an additional set of bed linen is RUB 1000.00.
The minimum booking period on weekends and holidays is from 2 days, on weekdays from 1 day.
Early check-in or late check-out is possible if there is no check-in on that day. Discussed individually, paid additionally.

A deposit is paid upon check-in, which is returned on the day of check-out, within 12 hours after cleaning.
The deposit is returned in full, provided that no damage is caused to the house and things. In case of damage, guests must inform in advance.
The deposit is returned only to the card from which the payment was made.
A short-term rental agreement is drawn up upon check-in, so guests are required to present a passport to fill out the agreement.
Accommodation with dogs is possible. Paid additionally.
A wood-fired sauna is paid additionally — RUB 5000.00. There is no time limit.
The following is prohibited in the house: walking around the house in street shoes, using candles, pyrotechnics, sparklers, leaving behind dirty dishes and barbecue accessories, using massage and other oils. Guests must leave all items in their places, as they were at the time of arrival. |
