Vila Nicoleta

The room is very big, we have an ensuite with a private bathroom. Everything was very clean and with a very modern feeling. The owner was very nice and offer to check us in at a very late hour. 
It is not too far from the historic center but the last part of the road is a little creepy.

Nice place to stay. 

The person in charge of receiving guests was pretty inadeguate. She was not able to communicate with us on any language and was very inappropriate in many occasions. As examples: during the checkout our car was blocked by another customer's car. She asked me to knock the other rooms to find the owners. Also, she often asked us to hush like it is done with children (before we couldn't make any noise; we are a normal couple of adults, not screaming teenagers). This cannot be accepted. In addition to that, we communicated while booking that we were traveling with a dog, but only when we was taking the luggages into the room the lady made some problems. So we called the owner and she told us that everything was ok and she didn't ask for an additional fee. Then the owner called the receptionist and we were asked to pay an extra to take the dog with us in the room, giving us strict limitations.
It is a pity because the structure was quite clean and tidy, with the possibility to park in a private area. Even if not in the best place of the city (surrounding areas were quite creepy), it is close to the city centre (by car).

Communication issues damaging one-night stay

This is far from being a villa. I booked this for my parents stay during the weekend. On the street there are old factories that are no longer used and dogs. On the website it said that it has a parking but there is no secure parking -  people can park on the street.
