With dear friends I came to the Crisan Pension, recommended by a friend.
I did not have high expectations and what I found was in line with my needs and desires.
I will not talk about the facilities because  its can be easy  found in the description of the Pension.  Crisan Pension   has really  4 stars. As this pension recommends is the position in the middle of the Danube Delta, approximately  at Mile 13.5, it is easy to reach by boat from Tulcea  and here  we find a peer  on the Sulina chanel  and a smaller peer on the chanel  behind the Pension.
I recommend you to come with friends and rent the whole  Location, which offers 10 spacious and clean rooms.
On a short path you reach in 2 minutes  at the Lebada Complex where you can benefit from some of the Resort's facilities.
The Pension is for sale so if someone  are interested they can contact the owner

Dear friends team building

Stayed for 4 nights at this 4star place.
It is family owned and operated by Coco (the owner) who will delight you with fish based meals but also with meat products naturally originated from Maramures, including the famous palinca.
The room we stayed was big (very big for the Danube Delta standards), with a small balcony facing the Danube.
With front entrance and boat pontoon but also with a back boat parking and entrance through small channels.
It is very well placed, right in the middle of Delray, so you can start trips in any direction, to the Lakes, Letea or Sulina beach ...
With a nice pool, opened non-stop in a large garden.
They were very careful to our special dietary requests, struggling what to prepare separate to other guests.
Felt well, will come back.
My only concern is that Mr. Coco wants to sell the place so hurry up and catch him here. Who knows what changes will come.
If you want bed or towels changed, you have to ask, we did and they helped immediately.

If you are looking for a place to enjoy the nature for sure you need to visit this place. Everything was perfect, from the prices of the rooms , food and quality. 
The staff are very well trained, and the rooms clean. 


Excellent!!

One of the most confortale places we have stayed in the Danube Delta. Rooms are clean, garden and sweeming pool are very well and daily kept in order. Still, I would say 4 "daisies" (equivalent of stars) is quite overestimated. I can understand that there is no need to change the towels daily, or to clean daily the room, but at least I would have expected to have the garbage bin empty every day. Food is very good, still, if you are not in the Delta the first time,  you can understand that in the kitchen there are not locals.
The owner of the place can arrange for a boat trip, or fishing trip.
All in all a very good experience

Nice and relaxing place to spend few days in the middle of Danube Delta

At first, at the surface, the hotel looks very good. It has a swimming poll, the rooms are big and nicely decorated, but at the end of our stay, we reached the conclusion that it wasn't worth the ginormus price we payed. Why? Because never during our stay they didn't clean our room, change our towells or put toilet paper. Besides, during breakfast, we received rotten cheese and bread. And most of the employess were rude to us. 

Not worth it

Me and my husband had a very special vacation in The Danube Delta. The landscapes and the wild nature are just breathtaking and there's this calmness that recharges all your batteries. 
The pension is located on the left shore in Crisan, it has a pretty big pool where you can stay as long as you want. The only way you can arrive at the pension is by boat. After you make the reservation, an employee from the pension will wait for you at the central pontoon in Crisan if you choose to come with the catamaran from Tulcea (the speed boat stops directly on the pontoon in front of the pension). 
The pension is new, it was builded in 2014 and opened an year later. It is well maintained, our room and bathroom were clean, the room was nice and with a classical-rustic furniture (unfortuntely I didn't make any photos from the room), the restaurant, the bathroom from the restaurant and the pool were also very clean.
The staff is friendly and the cook is absolutely amazing. 
At this pension we ate THE BEST FISH SOUP EVER (and we weren't so big fans of fish soups), the best garlic sauce, the food is fresh and tasty and their "palica" drink is also very good and it goes well with the food.
There's the possibility to fish, to make trips with the boat with a professional travel guide (surcharge) which is a MUST DO when you come in the Delta and of course, you can swim or sit at the pool. This part of land is a bit isolated which is an advantage (landscape, tranquility) and in the same time a disadvantage because you can't make walks or go somewhere else without a boat, but for a vacation of a few days or maximum a week is more than perfect.
As summary, we felt like home and we want to return in the near future.
