Don’t go there. They cancel your booking in advance in order for you not to be able to leave any review online. The host is rude. No wifi available and depending on what room you get, it may not be at all with sea view, only parking and main street full with cars. Apartments are not well maintained - shower is clogged, furniture damaged and there are no basics in the kitchen (e.g. no cups for coffee etc.). Definitely do not recommend, for the price demanded.

Catalina Summerland Appartments - Mamaia, Constanta, Romania

Very nice apartment, close to the beach. Very close to many restaurants in the area. You have all the big clubs right there, if you want to enjoy Mamaia nightlife! A little noisy from the clubs, but not scary. Very helpful staff. Little pricey maybe, but at least you get an apartment for 4 people! 

Nice apartment for a family vacation! 

I am with family in Mamaia and got acommodation in Summerland Apartments . We have a bedroom with double bed plus a second room OPEN space with kitchen , a nice bathroom and big balconie . All this for 350 lei wich is beat lesa than 80 EUR . Place is very clean and fairly new . Car parking is not a problem , the only issue is the place a beat to close to clubs but except weekends it's no big trouble .
Good price to quality but I reccomand it from Mo-Fri

Amazing and helpful staff at Summerland Club .. really lush stay .. rooms are fab made amazing memories, lots of room. clean and so close to the beach shops close by can't complain about anything really enjoyed !

Sunwaves Welshies Trip :)

I stayed here for a girls holiday to Sunwaves festival in August. The apartment was clean and tidy and had 2 bathrooms which was a bonus as there were 6 of us. We had a large balcony with a decent view. We didn't see any cleaners in the 5 days we stayed and the sofa bed was a tad on the small side for two people. The beach bars were open all night playing music but this didn't bother us as we were out partying anyway. Overall great value for money, we really enjoyed our stay in Constanta.

Good value for money and close to the beach

Maybe you think that going off-season to Mamaia on the Black Sea is a good idea!? Maybe yes, but considering that many hotels are closing, you need to look at Summerland Appartments Complex. Here are some surprises you may encounter with this property: when trying to get outside the appartment, the door may remain locked. Or, you if you want to take a shower and there is no warm water! In the bedroom there are no reading lamps, so either you read with the main lights on or you switch them off and sleep!... If you can, because the music from "Fratelli Biutiful" restaurant will only stop sometime before 7:00 AM. Which is good because at that hour you may want to watch the sunrise!.... With little success because another property under construction is partially blocking the beautiful sea view. If all these inconvenients will not diminish your enthusiasm for Mamaia and the Black Sea, consider the price of the Appartments: 90 euros. Which is kind of frustrating because last week I've been in Poros/Greece, in Appartments whose price was only 34 euros per night! It is true that Summerland in Mamaia offered a much larger appartment with a generous livingroom and a superb corner terrace where you may throw a great party with your friends until early morning where the noise from Fratelli stops and then you may move the party to the beach and 'Here comes the sun'! Only if your apparment door unlocks... Otherwise you'll stay put inside only watching TV because internet wireless  of the property is not working. Anyway all things must pass, if you only spend one night this is bearable. See you next season by the beach!
