My family and I have spent one night at Pensiunea Camelia. It was an intermediary stop in our journey. However, the prices/conditions/landscape/staff convinced us to go back again, for a longer holiday.
Booking was very easy, and staff is friendly and helpful.
The apartment we had was spacious, clean and hot (very appreciated for a very cold December). The parking is in front of the place. Wifi is reliable and available. The view over the mountains and having the river Cerna right off your window, is a plus.

Exactly what you need

Pro:

+ rooms very clean and spacious 
+ location near the river
+ small kitchen with electric cooking plate 

Cons:

- tv too small for the size of the room
- boiler capacity too small. We were 2 people and sometimes happened to remain without hot water. We took apartment which could accommodate 4 people, so I think the boiler capacity is way too small
- the kitchen does not have exhaust



Very good accommodation!!!

This nice hotel is a real jewel: located on the brink of a river, quiet with large rooms, it is a remarkable spot. Although they serve no breakfast or any other meal, the rooms are equipped to enable the guests to prepare their own meals, sitting on the lovely porch. Lovely.

Lovely place to relax

Clean, spacious apartment at a good price. If you are going there just to visit the area it is a very good place to start your trip, though it's not walking distance from the historical center of the town. If you are there to enjoy the treatment facilities of the town, you should find something with at least one thermal swimming pool or Jacuzzi. 
I found the rooms a bit chilly for my taste (22 Celsius degrees in November is not my dream temperature), especially because the living-room is so spacious. They turned on the heat too late in my opinion (about 10 pm) and probably the fact that our apartment was on the corner made a difference. 
The terrace is cozy and has a nice view to the river. 
There are barbecue facilities in the back-yard and a small, basic kitchen in the apartment. The villa doesn't have a restaurant, so no breakfast included. 
The bed was comfortable, each apartment has a boiler in the bathroom, so hot water is really hot. Overall, a good value for the money we payed. No receipt and payed at check-in. Only cash.

Good value

We rented an apartment in July 2013 and we liked it. A lot of space and a quiet place. The location is really good, on the river. You can walk to the down town in about 15-20 min. Lots of convenience stores around. We will stay again in 2014. A little difficult to get e receipt. Be advised that you will be asked to pay in full at check in. Cash is king.
