Pensiunea Ellero

Traveling to support the people in need in Ukraine and after returning from Ukraine with people looking for sheltering in Europe, we stay in two separate occasions at Hotel Ellero, Bacau. The first time we arrived on Saturday morning around 02:00 a.m and stayed till 06:30 a.m (4.5 hours for a short break). The hotel receptionist attending us was very kind and supportive. The rooms were nice, warm and clean. The second time we arrived on Sunday at 07:30 a.m and stayed till 11:45 a.m. At the check out the hotel manager offered to pay for the room of the Ukrainian family traveling with me (two mothers and two children 3 and 16) and offered us a free food and discounted my room rate as well. Thank you very much for accepting us un such unusual arriving time and for being good people with big hearths. THANK YOU.
