The apartments do not have assigned parking. They don't have sinks for dirty dishes.

Awful! First room had a water tank on it that made noise constantly. There were also exposed wires in the shower! They moved my colleague to a new room, but things got worse with my next room that I booked for someone else. The toilet didn’t work! The owner came by to fix it, but failed to do so and insisted things were fine. Once again, he moved my guest to a new room, but by then she had already booked a new room at a nearby hotel. So I was stuck with a room for two nights and the owner refused to refund. Absolute nightmare!

Avoid at all cost!!! Horrible place.

Great beds clean place great area didn't have a great view but was close to many stores and the beach

Worst experience ever trying to book a Room. The owner gave me a price, the manager gave me another. The price quoted for me was above the internet price. Be mindful. There must be better hotel experiences in Salinas.

No straight answer.

I went whit my family because we were taking a tour of Salinas the beaches is great the restaurants the bakery but this place should get more details and more service I went to call for reservation they ask for my credit card number and I told the guy no way first come and show me the place first we had an argument on the phone and I told them im not paying for anything until I see something so it took 27 minutes for a guy scruffy looking man in a 1970 banana Bike arrived whit the key in hand he show us the first room and he said in a rude way Are You going to pay or not man hurry up  I was like what did you just raise you're voice at me I said you know what were leaving then he was charging me $25 Dollars for just seeing the room and I said hell no man im sorry but you just screw up man maybe if you guys update a lot of stuff then maybe I come back 

it was awful so until they don't have a good personnel better furniture and common sense im not coming back

I espect more from this place Salinas deserves more

Upon arrival we have to call the owner which call the neighbor to give us the key. When he comes out with the key he also brings a piece of paper bag that had a 25% fee for the key. We were blackmailed to pay the fee for the key. I called the owner to explain the receipt on hand explained that if the taxes and fees were included we didn't have to pay anymore and they were. He claims that they were not after a few minutes of arguing we ceded and pay the fee. No receipt or paper given cash transaction. Who would trust these people with a credit card. After that experience everything is awkward especially when you have to see the neighbor all the time.

Hidden Fees

From the service at first till the checkout it was a horrible experience that two days later stills harasses me. Even when my check in was on Friday the owner pushed to get the keys on Friday instead of my check in on Saturday, he charged my extra money for some "random charges" that hotels.com doesn't include, i checked out leaving the keys at a place he asks now he "doesn't find the keys" and wants to charge extra for the lost keys and a "late checkout fee" with no reason. I do encourage you to NEVER book this place as the nightmare is not worth the sleep in a noisy, moldy room just to be close to my kids for their event in Salinas.

NIGHTMARE

In my room you could bearly fit a bed, no chair or table. No place to put your cloths. The next room to mine was for the neigboruhoods waterpump, so when ever anyone in the neigborhood needed water it woke me up. Internet - through 3G - hardly existing. My suggestion - don´t go there.
