Beautiful property and an amazing location. Loved everything about it. Stayed in many apartments throughout Poland and this was my favourite.

Both places were very clean.We were given the apartment address and were told there were 20 steps to it which was OK. Before we checked in we were told of the address which was different from the original and when we got there it was 42 steps so was a different place. We text Ego apartments and they apologized about a mix up so we were given another place so we moved. This place was about 20 steps but neither had a river view which was stated on the description. The 2nd place had no bedside tables and on looking at pics of Ego places it cleverly doesnt show the bed just a sideways on view from the kitchenette across the room. We feel that pics on hotel.com site are deceiving as we booked the design apartment but didnt get what we expected. They also had 3 security codes to get in and we found the entrances confusing. Both were very clean but no wiping up cloths for the dishes and only 1 towel each. They were both convenient as they were in Warsaw Stare Miasto and very quiet.

Easy to find, they have very thorough instructions. Location was beautiful, right in the heart of old town Warsaw. The apartment itself was nice, however, it was very hot. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early because the temp was so uncomfortable. Reached out to the owner and told him we were leaving a day earlier and if it was possible to at least have a partial refund and got no answer.

Old town

The property doesn’t have a check in, which isn’t an issue unless you arrive in town early. You will have to store your luggage. They give good directions to find it. The place needs a good cleaning. It’s dusty, dead bugs, surfaces need to be wiped. Furniture is not great and somewhat dirty. However the location is good, and it has a washing machine for longer trips.

Middle of the road

The apartment itself was nice, it was a bit dusty by the windows and on the floor. The bathroom was nice and clean. There were a couple of big spiders by the window and on the wall by the kitchen. We went from 4-6.june, and it was really hot outside, the apartment was hotter than the temperature outside, which made it really hard to sleep at night. The air condition didn’t work that well unless you had it really close to you. It wa noisy too.

The location is excellent. But property could use some improvement

Location was great. Would be good to tell people it’s up 60 flights of stairs. Fine for us but might be tough for some. Bad WiFi that went in and out. We wanted to use the kitchen more but there were no napkins or dish towels for cleaning up or eating. It is really buggy near the river. Window screens would help - there were a lot of bugs in the apartment.

The location of this apartment was right on the square of old town. We walked clear across town to the Samsung building for dinner and all around. The apartment was clean with comfortable beds. Everything worked except the coffee machine. I appreciate the free bottle of champagne.

Travel with 4 friends.

This apartment is well located in Old Town, within walking distance to a great many attractions - New Town, Barbican and the Royal Route. It is outfitted well, has a great view, and is really well located for access to Old Town, which is a fairly touristic area. The problems are lack of transportation to the building address and the 60 steps up to the apartment from the ground floor of the building. Important: my experience was that Uber drivers did not drop off or pick up at the address. It's unknown whether taxi drivers can do so. The street the apartment is located is a bit difficult to find, and requires a significant hike up to Old Town from the street.   It was a trek up to the address and then a further hike up the 60 stairs.  This is probably not a good location if a traveler has heavy luggage. One of the wheels on my suitcase was ripped off and lost on my trek back down to the street on my departure.

Lovely view and apt - access was difficult

The location is great! Almost facing Market Square, the heart of the beautiful old town. The apartment also looks nice. Caution: it has no rift/elevator and the room is on the third floor (which is the fourth floor in the US), so bringing up large luggage would be tough. The apartment room is well-equipped (including a bus tab). The only thing I missed was a coffee maker.
