Ive liked:
Unique design of bathroom and quite big tarrace. Located 15min by walk to beach / SKM which was very nice for us.

I didnt liked:
Quite old design of room itself, carpet on the floor didnt made me feel safe for my feets.

Stayed at Villa Magnolia for one night in June. 
Good location: just few minutes walk via the forest to the beach. Close to the shops. 
The man at the reception was very hospitable and attentive. 
We lived in a spacious room with a big balcony facing the street (weekend traffic was not intensive). The room was clean, however carpeting in the room and on the stairs require professional cleaning. The bathroom has a strange design, which does not match the design of the room.  The sound insulation is not good, as we heard the steps from the stairs, still we were lucky, as our neighbors next room were quiet.  
Free small parking, free wifi. 
Breakfast was included in the price, but it was average with a small range of dishes.

Fits for a weekend

We came early a few hours and woman from reception met us like enymies. Very stroctly she told come back after two hours. We had booking.com rezervation and hotel count 10 € extra. Stuff talk only polish. Woman told we must talk polish in Poland. So in reception we can't understand nothing. Begining is terible

Dissapoint

I stayed here 1 night so that I could see a football match at the UEFA under 21
Tournament. The hotel was ideally situated for the football stadium.  It took me about 25  minutes to walk to it as there didn't seem any hotels near the ground.  The hotel appears to be run by 1 person.  You made need a taxi to get here.  I did walk from the main railway station via the promenade on the sea and it took a very long time.   It's way out of the city centre.  For me it was just OK to stay here.  The hotel and room I was in was dated.  There was a kettle and cup in the room but no tea, coffee or milk, so it was of no use at all.  The owner spoke no English at all either.  The breakfast was adequate.  In my view, you would only consider staying here if you were going to the football stadium, you would not take your wife.  It's way out of the city and there were no bars and restaurants that I could see nearby.  It's in in a residential estate so be warned.

Poor Accomodation miles from the town centre

Expensive, but the service is really not relevant to the price: room was not cleaned properly (only once for 8 days of stay), no ventilation in the bathroom, some lamps didn't work in the room, VERY LOUD street close to the building, parking area limited (couldn't be booked in advance). 
Breakfast tasty, but just OK. Room was quite big, nice designed, new furniture and comfy bed.
Reception was not helpful at all (zero reaction on questions about these lamps or ventilation in bathroom). 
The walls are thin, so you must pray for quiet neighbours. Our neighbours were a loud young people, so we couldn't get sleep properly. TV was usually on to cover neighbours' screams.

The location close to the forest area (Kepa Redlowska) is the biggest benefit; but far from the city center, far from restaurants and shops. The building and parking cover 95% of the area (no garden).

I will never visit this place again.
