Nice,clean,spacious and comfortable bed we had a very good stay at the hotel I like the hotel modern room and air conditioning is quiet.over all EXCELLENT hotel very friendly owner n staff.

Excellent

We had a lovely 3 night stay in a deluxe room - comfy bed, big balcony and room, very clean and with good A/C and fan. The location was ideal, much quieter than in town and only a 50 peso tricycle into the heart of El Nido (there is also a convenience store and pharmacy right next door). There are plenty of food options and bars with great sunset views over the water within a short stroll too.

The staff were always smiling and super helpful during our stay and ESPECIALLY after. We were almost 7 hours drive away in Puerto Princesa when we realised we had left an iphone, expensive camera and irreplaceable hardrive in the room, minutes before our flight to Manila. Janet and the team stopped at nothing to get these precious items back to us. All it took was a call from us and they were on the case. There were lots of set backs in their endeavour to get the items to us however nothing was too much hassle, including staff making two trips in person to the airport. Within three days all items were back in my grateful hands (including all the change from the pesos we had sent to facilitate the postage).

I cannot thank or recommend this honest and thoughtful hotel enough.

AMAZING customer service - above and beyond 110%

I booked for two (2) family rooms for 2 nights. Me and my family enjoyed our stay in El Nido, because the owner and the staff are accommodating, friendly and they always response to me. The room is spacious and clean, they also have a free flowing coffee which I enjoyed because I'm a coffee lover. They also arranged our van transfer from and to Puerto Princesa-El Nido and arranged our private island hopping. For me its a stress free vacation even this is just DIY Family Tour. The only down side is they don't serve breakfast.

Stress free DIY Family Vacay

Very friendly and informative owners, presented with a wonderful smile and very happy to give advice and local knowledge.  Found the room comfortable, no more than needed, but certainly no less either.  Easy to get to and from. Quiet nights for easy sleeping.  Helpful with the organisation of activities and consolidating of payments.  My only minor negative would have been the desire to pay by card, but respect this wasn't an possible.Location not the best for really close options, HOWEVER with three wheeler bikes it's very cheap and easy to get around to anywhere you needed.I recommend you travel in and out using the private airport and Air-Swift unless you intend to spend any time outside of the close proximity of El Nido!  The extra expense is worth it.

Stayed there for 3 nights. Location was good, the host was very friendly and informative. Everything was satisfied during our stay. But wifi didnt work well and barely no signals but I heard it is quite common in El Nido. It was overall very good value for money in El Nido where accomodations are much higher than other places in the Philippines.

Good value for money

Is really hard to find some place clean in el Nido, And this hotel does, the staff is great and good location, only 20 minutos walking from el nido town or 5 minutes by tricicle.
