I booked Zoobic safari +Tiara hotel package via metrodeal last November. I went there with my husband and our toddler. Took the deal thinking that Zoobic safari was just near Tiara, which was not. We were not able to check the hotel’s review right away because of our busy schedule (lesson learned!). Our room was spacious with one queen sized bed, a sofa, a small tv, ac, bathroom with bathtub. Upon entering our room, the strong fume of zonrox welcomed us, we kept the door open for a while to ward off the smell and because of that mosquitoes also stayed with us in our room. Floor was dusty, bedsheets and pillowcase looked and smelled unclean. My kid puked on our bed. As i took off the bedsheet, the bed had blood stains so i asked for another bedsheet and pillowcase, but there was none available. We were too tired to transfer since the building was 30mins away from the city and it was already late at night. Checked out 7am the following day. I was not able to take photos of our room since i was too tired and stressed to function that time. Never again.

Worst experience

All in all my family and I's experience was okay. I believe that the animals were somewhat underfed and the place were under-kept. Place needs a bit of tidying up and animals should have easier access to water.

Zoobic Safari 2018!!

Stayed there with my family last December 27-28 (4kids) since i had some zoomanity passes.i thought this is the closest to zoobic adventure ( first timer in subic). The building is old and looks haunted. Receptionist doesnt looke like one (wearing a normal tshirt and jeans) and she was talking to a friend who’s sitted beside her eating some chips. We were there 30mins before the check in time but its okay. We waited until the room was set. The room is big and spacious. A zebra themed room. There’s a couch an old school TV (not flat screen).there was no coffee making facility not even towels. It took them like 4hours to bring everything inside our room.The bathroom was smelly,old tiles,rusty bath tub. The ace was quiet though. When we went out to buy some food for dinner, we realized there are lots of places to rent,better than Tiara i believe. 
Moving forward,the whole place needs total renovation. i will not recommend this place.

This is an economical yet spacious property woth very friendly staff. We got one night stay over weekend on hotels.com at php 2800

The rooms are neet and clean but does not have a kettle or a small fridge. 

The washrooms were also very neat and clean. 

There is no room service and for any needs you have to walk to a 24 hrs. Shop at 5 min. Walk 

The mall has all the daily needs including wine, beer etc. But does not have variety. We being eggitarians ( veg who can eat egg if veg. Is not available)  could not find much options. 

Even omelette was not served. But the staff at the shops were friendly.

The place was comfortable and have a bathtub. It was close to a cheap carinderia/store and they serve decent food. There is a pool nearby which is clean and free for the first 3 persons. They actually provided us with 2 double sized bed though we thought it was a queen sized one.

It was comfy and clean.

PROS
1. Very quiet, very serene. It's actually away from the main road and it's almost in the middle of nowhere.
2. Room is spacious.
3. Bed is not too soft and not too hard.
4. Flat TV got cable channels.
5. Pool is free to use, with lifeguard on standby

CONS
1. No free wifi, even in the common areas
2. Customer service is mediocre. Receptionist doesn't have the initiative to inform the waiting guests that it's already okay to check-in. Every one should approach her first.
3. Aside from the towels, soaps, and a roll of tissue, no other toiletries are provided. Rugs are also not provided so imagine the floors after stepping out of the bathroom.
4. No other in-room amenities are provided like ref, electric kettle, and cups.
5. The lobby is not air conditioned and it doesn't even have the electric fans for waiting guests. We're now in the summer season so imagine the heat.
6. The hotel needs an overall make over.
