For someone who does not like busy streets, this place is a hidden gem.  You are surrounded by mature trees, sheltered from the noisy neighborhood.  The price is very good, considering you get a hot breakfast every morning, access to a pool, bar and other amenities: pool table, shuttle service...and the staff are friendly and accommodating.  I found the food quite good, with traditional Filipino food but they seem seem to cater to Korean and Japanese as well.

I highly recommend this place if you want a quieter venue.  They provide a shuttle for the airport and other popular shopping locations or they'll flag a trike for you as well.

Older hotel but tucked in a quiet, lush area hidden from the busy streets of the city.

Original version of vitton resort but still good place to stay. Rooms have clearly seen some seasons but are clean and comfortable. Stuff helps at any points and beachbar/restaurant is really good.

Nice and cheap Rooms with great garden/pool area

A hotel in large open gardens and woodlands sounded great to we booked a deluxe room, price was reasonable and included breakfast. Staff were very helpful and we decided to have dinner before going to our room.

Sitting by the pool was nice but we did not see any other guests...... Menu was a mix of European (burger / club sandwiches, Filipino & Korean.    I had Korean and my wife Filipino and we enjoyed the food and service.

But now comes the  disappointment..... The rooms are all ground level down dark garden corridors and the outside is in need of maintenance.  Then in to the room ....not as good as the photos......good ac, good TV and bedding reasonable...... Would have liked more pillows but no phone and did not like the walk back.
The bath towels were old, blue & worn with bleach marks.

In the morning we found a kettle and cups but no spoons and nothing for tea or coffee.

So off to the "Restaurant" ....with pool tables, dart board and a few tables..... Not really a restaurant.    Here we asked for breakfast and staff delivered a set meal for each of us..... Different though.

Spicy Korean chicken stew, rice and a fried egg.  Then came a bowl of soup, later a large plate of salad and 4 slices of untoasted bread with just butter.

 Food tasted OK but not really what I had expected for breakfast.

Sorry but I do not think we would stay again and unless they only want Korean guests they need to improve the facilities and food they offer.

Reasonable but still has issues

Great ambiance! If you're into a cozy, serene and  nature-friendly place then woodland is the one for you! Although the restaurant and the cuisine they offer doesn't look appetizing. never the less, It is a great place for nature lovers.

Nature Fortress in a Busy City

The facility is older and has a musty smell and look to it. The rooms have well used furniture but can be spacious if you get the suites. There is a nice pool with seating all around, and a gazebo where you can sit and enjoy drinks or food from the resto/bar. As for the breakfast, well, I hope you're not expecting much. Most of the food on offer is Korean, but there are fried eggs and toast if requested. Staff is friendly and try to be helpful, but not really trained for their jobs. Example: they made a 2,700 peso mistake with my bill due to not informing me of certain extra charges. I ended up having to pay it even though it wasn't technically my fault. If you are looking to stay in a quiet, tree shrouded, somewhat unkempt hotel... this is it.
