I really liked our stay at this place. We stayed in Tower B 25th floor! It is owned by a foreigner and he rents it out at an affordable price. Imagine we  got two rooms at Php 3,600. That's a bargain. It's a condotel. We can cook there, watch TV, relax and it has an amazing view of the Makati skyline. They also have a lot of big elevators. I consider having the mall on the ground floor a plus. They call it the Jazz Mall. We bought groceries and cooked just like we were at home. One downside is that the pool is not readily available. We had to pay Php 150 per pax for the first 3 persons then Php 200 for the others. We were also not able to use the pool because their business office is open until 8 pm. But the view was really amazing especially at night. We took some nice photos too. I recommend this condotel although I feel afraid looking down from the 25th floor.

Home Away From Home

Property owner was very accommodating and responsive. Very professional. Place is clean, has wifi and airconditioning. Was very tempted to extend my stay, if only I had no other plans.

I'm very much satisfied with the security service.

I like the location cos there's a mall, restaurants, supermarket, laundromat, massage parlor, hair salon, coffee shops, almost everything you need. The one bedroom unit was good enough for me. It was clean and cool enough. The elevators was too slow. It takes a long time to get an elevator. The security of the building was not tight. Anyone can go in and out the building. There was a security guard who was very unhelpful and unfriendly.

Its not like a hotel, more like renting a appartment. took long to get the room because they didnt understand anything when i arrived after booking it online. the reception dont have any computer they use, they only call someone in office. the communication with FilNaija is poor, its like Jazz and Fil is 2 different hotels.And when i got the room, i got someones number to call when it was something. and right away i had to call for towels. and i was hard to get contact on that number, never answer. it says on hotels.com that its roomcleaning every day, they never cleaned my room when i stayed there 4 days. it says they have airportransport, i didnt get that because the boss was gone away, so i had to get a taxi my self, and that is sometimes hard in Makati! and always need to pay extra there, so it was 1000 pesos for taxi instead of free transport as it says online.Positive things is the building, new and clean. nice pool, but the buildings hide the sun in the pool area, its surrounded.

Dissapointed

Our stay was on the 43rd floor of the Jazz "D" Tower and the view was outstanding; especially at night.  Though there were a couple of maintenance flaws such as an elevator being non-functioning and long hair found as soon as we entered the bathroom. Our stay was for the most part very satisfying ...

It is more convenient and less stress if you rent a condominium and if you are on a tight budget and if you want a staycation. Instead of checking in a cheap hotels this will be a perfect staycation getaway for your friends within the metro. The pool was great, it was big for you and your family and friends to enjoy a morning dip or even niggt swimming. They do have gym also but wasn't able to try it. Perfect scenery especially during night time. They also have kitchenette where in you can cook your own food.

Budget Friendly STAYCATION!!!

The studio is quite well located, with a mall at ground level. Quiet neighbourhood. View on Manila graveyard (??). The swimming pool is great!!!The room is OK, but could be a little more cosy. Equipment is very basic. Bathroom is OK, but small and very basic (very small mirror, shower support broken, ..) Aircon works perfectly, but is very noisy, just as is the fridge.With some minor investments, this place could be greatly improved and become perfect.All by all, a nice place to stay, and at a reasonnable price.Just enjoy the swimming pool, and the several restaurants in the mall below..And yes, I would choose that place again for my next stay, despite the small lacunes.
