The room was an excellent and big I was quite and the chilly rainy sound was excellent for me as it's been long time to see rain 🌧️ and the place is walking distance to the beach Area with street food around you.

The staff are extremely amazing 

The rooms are very comfortable with some of the most comfortable pillows anywhere I stayed.  Breakfast is included. The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. This hotels location steps away from the beach make it a perfect place to stay.  The price is very reasonable for everything that you receive. 

Great location comfortable rooms friendly staff 

1. Centrally located walking distance to everything. Positive location but noisy due to busyness of main road but also more so as accomodation has shutters not actual glass windows. Therefore can hear everything even with earplugs - internal and external neighbours, animals, people, traffic and general environment.
2. Breakfast was good and generous.
3. Free tea, coffee, water all day.
4. Nice staff and management.
5. I dropped a ring on their foyer and they emailed me after my checkout to collect as I had moved hotels. Honest staff!
6. Manager Lilia attentive to emails related to my booking.

7. My overall comment is about noise and that compared to others it is overpriced for what it offers.

Good but noisy and slightly overpriced

We had a small problem with our booking agent in manila about the transporation and accomodation upon arriving in Puerto Princesa, long story short lolo oyong took initiative and stepped out of their way in assisiting to make our vacation smooth. From transportation to the tours they pampered and organized everything. Happy vacationer here, highly recommended, a hidden gem in Palawan 😊

Booked a package few nights in El Nido for the family and this was the Hotel that came with it.  It is actually quite comfortable, rooms have hot showers (electric) and AC.   The staff are very friendly and helpful.   Breakfast is included but the pictures on the menu you choose from each night do not do it justice.   What they do not tell you is that you also get fruit and pastries and juice.   We did suggest they update the menu card to make this clear.  There is also tea and coffee available at all times.   It is on the main street so can be noisy along the front where you can sit (that is El Nido) but it is screened from the road.  Rained hard some times and the staff lent us umbrellas and met us at the door with towels when returning.  We enjoyed our stay.

Staff was always super friendly and willing to help, breakfast included was great every morning, and the rooms were clean, spacious, comfy beds and hot water, what more do ya need, we all highly recommend it

Friendly Staff, Good clean rooms 

I stayed here last week for two nights with my mum.  We both loved staying here and I'd highly recommend this place for El nido. It's well located but most of all the manager Maggie is lovely,  she is very helpful and kind and arranges everything you may need help with (tricycles, tours, Van transport Etc, she has lots of local information too) Maggie made our stay easy and enjoyable, we will definitely return to stay at this place next time we visit El nido.   The room was clean and comfortable and spacious,  the ac worked well as did the hot water for hot showers.  This is definitely a good all round option with a great price point especially for El nido  where it can get quite expensive.  The price includes breakfast as well and there was free water, tea and coffee available too at any time. 

The tour company the hotel works with is called Lika, we had a great day trip tour on tour a , and this company was professional with customers care and led a great tour (we unfortunately experienced a terrible company called alexzus  - they run tours cheaper and a crappy excuse for accommodation which led us to find lolo oyong as an alternative which ended up being fantastic)

Excellent place with lovely staff, good rooms and hot showers

Free coffee all day,  friendly staff, free fruits every breakfast,  with free Palawan key chain.  Plus, on our last day in El Nido,  they let us use the shower in lobby to change and even gave us towels even though we already checked out that morning. Kudos. You are doing a great job! 

Amazing! 

I have just spent the past week staying at Lolo Oyong Pension House and was very pleased, after a long van ride from Puerto Princessa to El Nido I just needed a room for that evening with the intention of finding something more permanent the next day but after a friendly greeting and check-in by Meggy I decided it was a good choice, it is close to the town centre but away from the main bars and restaurants, free breakfast was included every morning, I found the room to be quiet and was able to get a good nights sleep each night, there was air con and a comfy bed, in the immediate area you will have plenty of choice of motorcycle rental, tours for beaches and lagoons and general day to day needs such as ATM machines, laundry services and so on.
Meggy was extremely warm and helpful and if I ever return to El Nido I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Very Happy

The hotel is in a really good location, it’s maybe just in the middle of the bus port and the ‘walking street’ where all the bars and restaurants are, it took around 15mins to walk from the bus port.
The room is a decent size and the aircon/WiFi is good! 
The shower was quite temperamental, sometimes it would be so slow and others it was ok for pressure but it was always warm.
The only downside to the hotel really is the noise, the windows are like shutters so you can hear absolutely everything from outside - next to our room was a spa and all we could hear was people shouting, dogs barking and so many bikes, the curtain also wasn’t black out so it let in a lot of sunlight.
You also have to request for the room to be cleaned, this isn’t done daily so you have to ask for extra toilet paper etc
The breakfast was ok, I think the eggs may have been cooked the night before because they were always cold.
The staff were really nice and made us a takeaway breakfast for our early ferry.
I would recommend for the price and the location, hotels in El Nido seem to book up quick or are really expensive 

We also did tour A and C in El Nido and loved both days out
