It is not Misibis level luxury, if that’s what you’re expecting for but you will get your money’s worth (still wont break the bank unlike misibis) but this is a comfortable, full-service resort that you can escape to. Located conveniently 20-30 min from downtown Legazpi City, it’s perfectly situated to get a full view of the ocean and of course the Mayon Volcano. You can even enjoy some water activities at the resort like snorkeling. Ask the manager about things to do or where to go or even about hosting an event, you will be pleasantly pleased.

Semi-Luxury Resort

The staff and the owners would go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Make sure to book the rooms with the view of the ocean. 

Food is also good! We also go there for random lunches or dinners with friends, just to hang out and chill by the beach. Would definitely go back!

Best resort in the area

Had a really memorable stay in this resort. The staff were so friendly and accommodating to my requests. The room that I stayed in was comfortable. Big serving and tasty meals as well. Their pool was just scenic! Would definitely stay there again when I go back to Bicol. Highly recommended!

One of my best stay

I really enjoyed my stay. Rooms are nice and clean. Decent food - must try pancit and fried chicken! Resort is not far from the city. I would highly recommend for leisure or business traveller on budget. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is free!

Highly Recommended Resort

The people assisting us were very accommodating even really late at night when we arrived (we came from Manila by car). Food's good with HUGE servings. Salt water pool was clean and swimming was such a treat (I was told they drain and replenish the salt water everyday). Parking is not a problem at all. I generally enjoyed my stay. 

Will come back again to see the Mayon Volcano because we weren't able to see it during our stay because of the bad weather.

Peaceful and simple but enjoyable

My friends and I used to like coming to this place until they changed their manager. She is quite rude and has this attitude like customers should bow down to her. There was one instance when we she refused our request of having our cooked whole chicken chopped into bite sizes. She complained with a rude voice saying we cant have it sliced on their table as it will leaves scratches and that we should pay extra. Another instance when we were checked in and occupied more than 3  rooms & we brought snacks for swimming & wanted to charge us extra. This resort used to have really great customer service. Sad to say I dont think we will consider going back because of our recent experiences.

New manager does not know anything about customer service

It was so relaxing. If you're looking for a place with the fresh air you have to consider this! The staff is friendly and accommodating! We had a warm welcome. It's just that they don't serve foods at night.

Swim and The View!

Years ago I have a good impression of this resort because it looks so nice and romantic but my overnight stay recently made me change my impression. 

First the type of room was not worth the cost as it was old, not with good ambiance, the bed was not soft and we were just given a thin sheet of blanket. The toiletries were just one piece of small soap and roll of tissue I think. I booked the room with hot shower but when we tried to use it, there was no water flowing. I asked at the counter, and the lady in the counter told me i must tell them if we would use the hot shower so they can switch it on. It seems they have a control in their counter. But still there was no hot water though we followed the instruction in the heater, so we just called for assistance.  I asked about complimentary bottled water and said I must buy. No complimentary water.  

The good thing, they have an outdoor restaurant which guests can dine though food and drinks are very limited. But the waiters give good service. 

Would be nice if they can improve their services and amenities better not just on focusing on earning money. Times are changing and competition is tight. They don't even satisfy the queries of customer. I messaged them in Facebook and I was just sent the rates. When I asked further, no reply was given.

Next time, I would go to other nearby resorts.

This resort is good enough if you want a place to stay by the beach in Albay. Although there is very little distance between the sea and the resort so sand activities are quite limited. It has a pool but it can only be availed if you get the poolside rooms, other rooms have no access to the pool.  Others only opt to stay in the small cottages that you can rent for the day or for a few hours and just enjoy the sea.

Had to crash here for two nights. Place has clean rooms, but no wifi, staff don't offer fresh towels or linen, no complimentary coffee even, staff tends to focus on groups on a seminar and basically overlooks vacationing couples. Once during a brownout the generator failed to switch back on the pool's floodlight and no one bothered to turn it back on despite people swimming there that night. Horrible customer service overall. I suggest you look elsewhere as there are many other resorts in the area.
