Hostal Sol de Pisco

We really enjoyed our stay at Sol de Pisco. Sebastien and Carla are available for information, advice and do's and don'ts. Sébastien even went to a bank on our behalf in order to book Machu Picchu and printed the online tickets. Clean rooms, new towels every day, hot water. Good situation in Pisco. Speaks French, English and of course Spanish. We had a good time playing with their son, Joseph. Very nice time !!!!

I stayed in pisco for one night-had a great stay in hostal sol de pisco. Its near the plaza de armas and the central market. If you want to take the collectivos to paracas-you can just walk from the hostal. The stuff is really helpful and friendly! Enjoy your stay

We stayed two Nights in this Hostal. Very clean and good location in Pisco.
The owner is really helpful, very flexible and helps to organize trips.

Had a nice stay in Pisco. We got there very late by a night bus and the owner waited for us. Our room was very big for a reasonnable price. They got us a place on the next day islas ballestas attraction followed by the reserve. We we're staying there 2 nights but only one day so we were happy they could find us a last minute place. Very clean room and bathroom. Hot shower, wifi and breakfast included. Very helpful when you have questions. They even speak french :)
There is not much to do in the city but the hotel is 2 blocks away from main square! 
It also is at walkable distance from the Flores bus terminal if you're going to Nazca after like we did.

A great time at Sol de Pisco

Great place to stay!

Perfect to stay in Pisco

Owned by a very nice and helpful family!

In all honesty after all the rave reviews about this hostel we were disappointed with the location of the accommodation. Although the staff were friendly and helpful and assisted  us to organise our trip to Paracas National reserve and the Ballestas Islands at short notice, the location of the hostel does not bode well for a good night's sleep particularly if you are located at the front of the hostel. Unfortunately, the noise emanating from the street appears to worsen throughout the night, with Tuk-Tuks continuously blaring out music as they stop at the traffic lights directly outside the hostel. Once the Tuk Tuks finish work for the night, the dogs begin barking followed by cockerels at the crack of dawn and at 6 am everybody again begins to blare out advertisements from their vehicles. This is Peru after all, however if you visit the hostel insist on a room situated away from the main road. Breakfast consisted of fresh juice, coffee and rolls with butter and jam. Unfortunately on the morning of our stay, the service appeared to be a little disorganised with guests having to pass around the jam jar from table to table. Wifi works well in the reception area, but didn't work inside the room. The room was clean and the shower had warm water. Towels, toilet paper and soap were provided. As mentioned at the beginning, the staff were very helpful, however the rooms positioned at the front are less than satisfactory for a good night's sleep.
