The place is located quite close to the center of Miraflores. 10-15 minuts walk. The apartment is alright. Bed was fine enough and the view from the apartment was very nice. The couch is not very big, if you are planing to sleep there.  Also it is said there is a pool. There is but you have to pay 20 soles per person every day. That adds up. We only looked for places with a pool so this was disappointing. It should be notet here on Hotels.Also the check-in was bit of a challenge. You need data-roaming. We managed. But we needed to go from cafe to cafe to communicate to get in. There is a small Star Bucks near by with wifi. So it would work. Late check-in also. Not ideal if you have a overnight flight and you land 6.30 am. We needed to sleep and was told to arrive 12.30 pm but it was not communicated that we only could store our luggage at that time. So quite of a sad thing to arrive only to get told you need to leave again. The place was clean around 3 pm. If you arrive late and you are okay with arranging exact arrivaltime then go for it

Fine location

It was well secured and i did not dislike anything everything as shown or explained good location

This apartment is located in a great area where there are shops and many things to do. The area is very safe. The staff is friendly and professional. The apartment itself is small, but good enough for a couple. It has everything you need from utensils, heating, iron/iron table, hair dryer, You have privacy and inside the building it's relatively quiet. Since you are in a tourist area and right on a busy avenue you will feel noice early in the morning, so don't plan on sleeping in late, but that is to be expected. Apartment has electronic entre so no key is needed, very convenient. Overall I would say that the apartment has everything you need and the ownership/management is very professional. I would stay here again if I visit. It's better for me to stay in an apartment like this because you can cook your own food if you want to, and if not, it's close to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, walking distance to the Ocean. Very good.

Nice apartment, great location, everything u need.

Netflix was great. Location was great. Apt was nice with cool view. Some minor issues with front security one night not letting me in the building. Took about 20 minutes to square away that I was staying there.

The property was great for our needs. three bedrooms and two bathrooms allowed our party lots of space! Diego and Leonard communicated wonderfully with me before and during our stay, answered all of my questions, helped arrange airport pickup and drop off, and even offered travel services.The property felt secure, with a doorman always present. The only thing that was bothersome was the waking to the sound of hammering and drilling that was happening above or around us. We arrived after midnight and did not get settled in to sleep until 2 am... 8:45am came very quickly for us!Thank you for a wonderful stay in Miraflores.

Check-in was a big hassle however overall was working out alright.

Convenient 3BR apartment

it was well situated in miaflores, close to everything. Very helpful staff and owners, took care of everything. Was spacious and clean, had all amenities and was modern. Great views from the balcony.

A supermarket and many restaurants very close to the apartment, also the metro bus station was across the street. Miraflores is an easy neighbourhoor to get to and from as a tourist in Lima and so this apartment is well situated indeed.The apartment was exactly as described, but we were without water for many of the nights of our stay and once into the morning.  The apartment property manager through hotels.com made himself very available though when we had questions and requests about the lack of water.  For that we were very thankful!Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Family trip to Lima

Terrible communication between Expedia and the owner of the apartment. Ive called multiple times and I couldn’t get a hold of the owner. At some point i was hanging with no where to stay with an infant. The place was nice but the lack of communication between them it was the worst.
