It was a pleasure to be in the Sunshine State. The service was excellent, the situation is very good and everything was very clean and tidy. Rest well and enjoy a good warm shower. 100% recommended!! If I return to Juliaca I will return to the Sunshine State!! Thank you very much for everything!!

A very good surprise.

Excellent attention from the reception lady, she helped us with the locations and printing our passes for the airport.The location is good because it is close to the plaza where the food plaza and shopping center is located.

We had read good reviews of this place and so decided to stay here for a few nights while we were in Juliaca. I checked the price on Booking.com and then we drove to the hotel to check out the parking. After the lady showed us that we could park our car in a locked workshop area I asked her how much per night and she told me $25 USD, which was cheaper than Booking.com so we checked in. 
The room was okay, very basic, which was fine. The room was cold and we asked for a heater, which they brought up, but it didn’t help much. There was only got water in the showers in the evenings, so they probably have solar water heat. Breakfast was included and okay. Watch out for the floors, as they are extremely slippery.
The issues came when we went to check out - a different man was manning the desk and said that we owed $109 USD instead of $75. I asked him if he could contact the lady so I could talk to her and he outright refused. I tried to explain and showed him on a currency converter what we should be paying and he insisted on $109, and we could not get our vehicle. Finally we just agreed to pay because we had no other option, and then the man said that I had to pay cash, even though they have signs everywhere that they accept visa, and the lady told me I could pay with visa. At that point I lost it and insisted on paying with a card, because we couldn’t get money out of the ATMs here for some reason, and so he called somebody else to come process the payment. This man rallied up the cost and changed it from 360 soles to 380 soles, so now we were paying even more. 
We hate to give bad ratings but we can not recommend this hotel. The one thing we don’t like is to be taken advantage of, and we feel like they did that here. If you can book online and pay through Booking.com then it isn’t a terrible place to stay.

We chose this hotel, because it is close to the airport. It is not cheap for the rooms offers so and I wouldn’t go out in that area at night.

Close to the airport, rather expensive

We arrived at Juliaca at night and this hotel is the closest to the land terminal.They are also well located compared to the vans that go to a Puno.The consistent breakfast and the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is very good.I recommend for short stays.

 Excellent location

The hotel is located in front of the Juliaca bus terminal. A little further downtown. The infrastructure is fine, it is clean, modern and spacious. The comfortable beds, the right bathroom, TV in every room with a multitude of channels. It has a private car. The breakfast is properly served and the staff is very friendly. A improvement: they offer only one small towel per passenger. In the rooms there is 1 single blanket to reinforce the shelter, as well as two guests. No shampoo in the bathroom. The outdoor rooms do not have black out to prevent the passage of the sun. No phone in the room. The rooms also have heating.

A good option, with potential for improvement.

A good place to spend the cold of the city... the very attentive and friendly staff... the clean and well-groomed rooms... fair price... continue to improve the facilities... well-located... far from the case of the city center.

Well, well, well, well.

As we entered Juliaca we were afraid of what we will see at the booked hotel. 
That was all in our minds, the rooms are clean and spacious enough for 2 persons and very clean. 
The stuff from the hotel, I must say, exemplary kindness and good intent! 
I recomand this hotel to anybody that wants to visit Titicaca or other places in the region and chooses Juliaca! 

A very nice hotel with very friendly stuff

A classic hotel suitable for a night, so as to get to the airport in Juliaca for example! Its advantages: its geographical position, 50m from the bus terminal and its comfort. The practical side is a weak point, there is no shower curtain for example, which has the effect of quickly flooding the bathroom for example.

Correct for one night

Not the great luxury, but convenient and pleasant. It is near the bus terminal and the motor taxis drive for three soles from everywhere (in Juliaca).
