Hotel Real has a beautiful boutique hotel with a nostalgic colonial vibe.

The handcrafted timber furniture, open green spaces and a rooftop area that gives you perspective on the Spanish 
influence town of Leon. 

A mini pool is a bonus for all the guests.

Had breakfast here and it was delicious. Most grateful for the fresh fruit and eggs.

Staff are excellent and always there to help out. 

Bedrooms comfy and wifi strong.

Beautiful colonial inspired hotel

Great place to stay in the center of the Leon. Great location, food excellent and the owner is extremely hospitable.  Very easy to get the cathedral and the market which are must see locations.  Also close to all of the restaurants and low key clubs  as well.  

Great location and great food.

Stayed there with an intrepid group, unfortunately only 1 night. Nice and clean (!) rooms with a/c. Breakfast buffet was very good. Not far from the city center. Beverages incl. Beer served in the evening. Friendly staff!

Clean and nice!

A very good hotel, with decent breakfast as a complimentary offer. The host is very friendly, I would not hesitate to recommend to all my friends. It is walking distance to all the Leon sights. We had 2 meals in restaurants within 1-2 minutes of the hotel, they were both brilliant. This is a lovely city, and this is a great hotel to stay.

A brilliant hotel.

I was part of the Intrepid Group traveling in Central America & this was our second last stop. The hotel is nice, love the rooms & especially the shower. It’s very clean & has strong wifi throughout the area. Breakfast was included & it was delicious. Staff was kindly & friendly. They provide soap & shampoo packets. It’s close to the center of the city. A coffee shop is just a few feet away. 

Love This Hotel

Hotel Real has a genuine boutique, nostalgic vibe about it. From the moment you enter, you’re greeted with handcrafted timber furniture, open green spaces and a rooftop area that gives you perspective on the town of Leon. Great location to markets, churches, parklands and plenty of cafes and restaurants. 
A pool is currently being constructed which will be a bonus for guests. 
Had breakfast here and it was delicious. Most grateful for the fresh fruit and eggs. 
Staff are delightful and always there to help out. Bedrooms comfy and wifi strong. Well worth checking out.

Nostalgic and beautiful hotel central to everything

Excellent location for visiting the highlights of Leon. Delicious, large breakfast that changes a bit daily but always includes hot coffee, fresh juice, fresh fruit and eggs. Staff was very kind and helpful. The room seemed a bit dark, but the air conditioner worked very well and was a nice relief after being out in the heat.

Would have given 5 stars, but they are currently undergoing renovation so we didn't have any garden or comfortable sitting area to enjoy. The rooftop terrace had some furniture but didn't seem to have been kept up. Once renovations are complete I'm sure it will be a lovely place.

Nice location, staff and breakfast.

Lovely place absolutely charming, clean and quite, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Great location for exploring the beautiful city of Leon. I believe that sums it up perfectly but tripadvisor requires me to write at least 200 characters…

Simply lovely!

We stayed here on our group tour with Intrepid and it was one of the nicer places we visited. The rooms are clean and comfortable as are the beds. Breakfast is served out in the courtyard, which is a great place to start the day. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the main square so the location is excellent.

Nice hotel, good location

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds with clean sheets. Lovely period dark wood furnishings. 3 garden patios,  some with seating.
A/C works well. Hot shower. Ceiling fan. No fridge. Quiet. 3 blocks from central plaza. 
To enter from outside, need staff to unlock door.
