Please note that some accommodation options do not have a private bathroom. Guests have access to shared bathroom facilities. Please refer to the room names, room facilities and room descriptions. Please note if you make a reservation on the same day of your arrival, please make your reservation before 18:00. Reception hours at the property are 08:00 until 19:00 daily. Please note if you require late check in at the property, payment will need to be processed prior to access to the room being given. When requesting late check-in, if credit card details are invalid or payment can't be processed via credit card, the reservation will be cancelled. Duvet and towel is not included in the price. Duvet and towel are available to hire for an additional charge of $10 per duvet package ( towel included ) per stay, or guests can choose to bring their own. Pillows and sheet is already in room. All children under 4 years-old are free to stay with us. Children age from 5 to 14, need to pay as Child price. If you booked for a two-bedroom flat, the extra children is extra $15 per child per night. If you booked for a tourist cabin, the extra children is extra $12 per child per night.
