Easy to find easy to access grand room bit worn out from use but to be expected from amsterdam, have been to Amsterdam 12 Times and find it one of the best places to stay, would recommend to a group of lads, not so much a place for women or couples

Nice place if you want to stay few days in Amsterdam.
Very cheap house in the center of the city.
We were in 6, each one has is bed, the house was perfect for us.
2 toiletes 2 showers, 2 sleeping room and one big living room with complete kitchen, 3 big and comfortable sofas and a lot of room to live in.
Everything you need is there, all for  less than 25 € a person per night!
Highly suggested!!

The ultimate accomodation in Amsterdam!!!

I wanted to highlight the absolutely horrible service and devious practices of Budget Easy Rooms, Amsterdam. We stayed in the hotel on one day on 15th.
1.	The check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm. We were asked to check-in at 6 pm as the rooms were not clean by 3 pm.
2.	Note that the main office is nowhere near where the rooms are. That means, you have to drag your luggage to two places - we had to take it from bus station to their office, and then again from their office to apartments. Thus we had to pay for cab twice. There is no indication where the apartment will be. Our apartment was highly inconveniently located.
3.	We had requested for 6 beds. However, only 4 were present. 2 folding beds were provided but were in the loft. How Budget Easy Rooms expected us to get it down without injuring ourselves is beyond me. As a result 2 persons (one adult and one kid) had to sleep on the sofa and on the floor
4.	The layout of the apartment was diabolical. There were at least 10 narrow steep steps leading to the room. On reaching the room, you were faced with another 10-15 twisting steps that took you to the common hall area with kitchenette. The bedroom and toilets was located above this level and was accessed through VERTICAL steps. I have never seen anything as dangerous as this in my life. Two kids slipped and fell down. One adult with back problem aggravated his back-injury. Our rest of the Europe trip was significantly impacted due to the injury to this person.
5.	Budget Easy Rooms did not provide a 24 hour number in case of emergencies. We had two emergencies–
a.	The door of the house (which had number of apartments) would not open. We were only able to access as people living in other apartments were available when we were trying to open the door.
b.	We left 2 bags at Budget Easy Rooms main office on 15/8 at 3 pm with a view to collect at 7 pm. We reached at 7.15 pm. The office was closed. Even though they knew we were going to check out early morning next day, no one bothered to inform us. We called booking.com to seek help, but even they were unable to reach Budget Easy Rooms.
 	We even thought of going to Booking.com office in Amsterdam.	
6.	The rooms were dirty, and cupboard was used to store unwashed laundry presumably from previous occupants
7.	The toilet and bathroom had half doors – a massive privacy issue with two families residing.

Booking with Budget Easy Rooms has caused immense financial and emotional damage than we bargained for.

Horrible service and devious practices

Can accept basic room as bed comfortable and sheets clean but shower not clean sink very small and shelf above make it very difficult to use. No class or paper cup in room for a drink. okay for one night but no longer. Would only return as a very last resort. Check in was slow.

Rather go elsewhere

We turned up to the easy rooms main office which is directly opposite the train station and buzzed in. As we went up the stairs we were greeted by two moroccan men who clearly owned the business. The men were friendly and we paid for our money and had a general chat. Before we left the men started in Moroccan to each other ( we knew this as we had luckily met 2 dutch friends from the airport who informed us they weren't speaking dutch). The owner was showing the other man different numbers on a calculator we thought this was odd but carried on. The older Moroccan got up and said follow me. We thought we were going upstairs to a room. This was not the case. We followed this man on to a tram and to a completely different side of town in the middle of an estate. As we got in to the apartment there was only 1 bed even though there was 3 of us. The fridge was full of food, there were clothes all over the place and the place was DIRTY and NOTHING like the pictures.It became obvious that this was one of the mens house and that he was given money for us to stay there for the weekend. As 3 British girls we immediately felt unsafe and said we weren't staying there. Our dutch friends then said to the man that we wouldn't be staying there and that we wanted our money back. The man said he would call his boss. Eventually the boss decided we could have our money back. So we all travelled back to the office to get our money back. The 'boss' didn't even say anything just gave us our money and wanted rid of us so he could rip off the next lot of tourists. I dread to think what would have happened if we had stayed in this place and if we didn't have Dutch friends with us. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!

The apartment was really central - right opposite Central Station/behind The Grasshopper coffeeshop HOWEVER!!
The man that greeted us in the office was really rude for no reason which kinda started the trip off on the wrong foot. The apartment is NOTHING like it looks in the majority of the photos OR as it's described. There is no kitchenette, unless you imagine it's there, the only 'sitting' area is outside, which in February isn't really when you wanna be relaxing and the 'hair dryer' was me hanging my head out of the window... The beds were small and the bed linen was dirty. There were no basics like soap or a hand towel and we even had to ask them for loo roll. There was no safe or any kind of storage room/drawers for our things - despite there being a full wall of cupboards, they were all locked!
Basically - if you're staying a night and need somewhere to rest your head and have a shower, go for it (although there are a hell of a lot of stairs to climb so it might not be worth it!) BUT if you're wanting value for money, a nice relaxing space for you and your friends to enjoy and an overall pleasant experience then.....DON'T USE THESE GUYS!!
