Space Boutique Hostel

It is very close to Sule Pagoda and Aung San Market. I stayed two nights there: one in Single room and one in dormitory. Both rooms were maintained very well. The room rates were also reasonable. All the staffs were very friendly. They helped me to find / catch a taxi with the local price. It opens for 24 hours. You can find currency exchange & mini mart nearby.

As for the further business capability, they may need to consider those:
Currency exchange service, Selling beverage & alcohol.

We booked a double room for one night and got to Yangon very early in the morning. The staff was super kind and let us check in early to our room so we could rest. The room was small but perfectly fine and the AC powerful. Shared amenities are OK and breakfast quite basic, but overall we were happy with our stay.

The staff was friendly and helped me organize a bus ticket to Bagan. The breakfast is quite limited and the place is quite small, thus only to sleep. But the location is quite good especially if you walk towards the Sule Pagoda, which is also not far from the hostel by the way. If you walk opposite direction (to the right exiting the hostel) on the other hand, you will come across very much modest traditional neighbourhoodffering many local eating options and shops. The bathrooms are ok and the place has washing machines.

We had some time after visiting the pagodas in Yangon before our overnight bus, found this place and checked in for a short rest. We were given a room at a reasonable price. Coffee and water are available in the lounge area. Room is clean and 5 minutes walk to Sule square. Great view of the street from the lounge area too.

Took us some time to locate the place. Its on the 3rd floor and we couldn't find the stairway which is between a clothing stall.

A good hostel on a filthy street is how I would describe this. The stairs up to the place do not inspire confidence. However, once you enter, things change. The place is neat and clean. The bathrooms and toilets, though shared, are also clean. The power transformer broke down when we were there which led to one uncomfortable stay without air conditioning or lights in the night. But they recovered and got a generator up and running. Breakfast was basic but with unlimited coffee helpings. All in all, a mixed bag.
