Stayed here in Jan 2024 with family. A short overnight trip to Chefchaouen to see the blue city. The hotel is located just outside the Medina but close enough to walk over easily, and the walkway/road takes you to one of the main Medina thoroughfares almost at the top of town. But back to the hotel…the lovely location surprised us as soon as we walked through the door. It’s quirky and different and absolutely brilliant. Our room was #23 and 24…they were connected with a small living room and truly luxurious. All the modern amenities were present, including multiple plug points, heating air cons and heated bathroom floors (which the family loved in the cold weather). The beds were comfortable and the sleep was great. Lighting was a bit dim. The restaurant had tasty food for dinner…while breakfast could’ve been better. A beer would’ve been nice to get. The best part of this hotel are the serenity and the lovely public areas. I really wish I could’ve spent more time here doing nothing but hanging out. The extremely photogenic blue town just outside the door and the mountain air don’t hurt either. Can’t complain about too much. Go here.
