I have nothing but praise for the staff of Hotel Terminus in Podgorica. I booked my stay via booking.com and process was smooth. I was staying at the hotel on route to the mountains where I was to walk for ten days on the Peaks Of The Balkans trail. I arrived late on a Saturday and shops were closed on the Sunday. I needed to buy either screw top gas for my backpacking stove or ethanol alcohol for an alcohol stove. I contacted the hotel to see if they might buy either for me on the Saturday as I was unable to do so and I knew from the forums I had read that there was nothing available like I needed in Plav. The staff were amazing. They promised to get what I needed and when they couldn't find the gas, went out and bought the ethanol alcohol from a local pharmacie. This service was over and above my expectations but they have ensured that my trip was to be successful. So, thank you to Biljana, Marija and Suzana. The hotel is immaculate and I had a fabulous room. Nice and quiet and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel to you the reader of my review.
