Friendly and close to the beach

My daughters and I felt cohibited from doing anything at the hotel as far as using the amenities, there was always someone wtching us and telling, specially my daughter on her birthday, that we couldnt do anything

Nice fenced in parking lot across the street from the hotel. Pool side room was nice. Full size fridge.

Bungalows Maria Teresa is a family run hotel. Its unique architecture and modest amenities add to its charm. Most rooms include a bottled water dispenset, cooktop and refrigerator - those are called bungalows. A few rooms are without those amenities, and are called hotel rooms. All rooms have satelite tv, wifi, and airconditioning.  The staff is most helpful, speaking enough English to help guests from Canada and the USA, and a little French for those few guests from Quebec. Located 1 block from the beach and across the street from the plaza, it is perefctly placed for all types of visitors. Come to Guayabitos for the sunshine, miles of beach and variety of restaurants.
