Amaizing, secure, comfortable, and affordable! It is located in the best residential area of Playa del Carmen, walking distance from 5th Avenue, and only a few meters from the beach. If you want to feel at home,s o stay with Alan, The owner is like an old friend, opening his home. You can go to the kitchen in pants and drink a beer by the pool. If you want luxury, cold hotel service, and all inclusive, its not the place for you..
