Casabuena B&B

We stayed here for one night before a birding trip in Baja California Sur. The B&B occupies a good setting in a large courtyard with a swimming pool and communal kitchen with help-yourself offerings of fruit, bread and spreads etc. It's about 15 minutes walk from the marina. The owner was very friendly and helpful and there's a good atmosphere about the place with friendly long-staying guests. There are some well-behaved dogs around. Our room was pleasant with a fridge, fan, air con, chest of drawers and plenty of surfacer space for belongings. The shower temperature was difficult to control and ran hot and cold, but the flow was reasonable. Unfortunately, we left too early in the morning to sample the legendary muffins and were sorry too, to have missed out on a cuppa from the impressive-looking coffee machine! We enjoyed our short stay here and would recommend it.
