150 reviewsLocation While the hotel is not located where all the hotspots are, it is conveniently located near the train station and if you chose to take a taxi instead, the cost isn't too much. Also if you are coming from the airport, you can use the taxi service in the airport and it will cost you $12, and when you are leaving the hotel can arrange this service for you to get back to the airport for an additional $12. Room My room was very clean and exceeded my expectations. Usually when I travel I dont feel safe sleeping under the sheets, but the cleanliness of this hotel made me feel safe to. The room was restocked daily and cleaned. Service The people that work here are amazing. They are extremely tentative and do their best to meet your needs. I had nothing but friendly interactions with EVERYONE that worked here. Food The food is catered more for Americans. The attempt is appreciated however I like authentic food. The food here is perfect for someone who is scared to go out in Mexico and eat. The hotel has a bar and restaurant. The servers and the bartenders were very professional and did their best to accommodate me, considering I don't speak english. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. I will be returning to Mexico soon and this is the place I will be giving my business to.
