We spent 5 days in Cancun at the end of November. We loved this place! From customer service to location and the place itself... Everything was great. Just minutes away from the beach, the location is unbeatable. It is also convenient if you are the kind of person that likes to buy groceries at the local Walmart, to have in the apartment. The bus stops right at the door. Wi-Fi was free but not always worked great - the same as several other parts of Mexico. The apartment was brand new, comfy and very clean. It has a little kitchen (no microwave) with coffee maker, toaster and a range. Enough for us, even though a microwave would be good. Altogether, we have a great experience and are planning to go back soon.
