As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Sanitation fee USD 2.00 per room per night.

Omni Cancun has moved to a “no cash” environment within our hotel. Guests are asked for a credit card upon check-in. Guests without a credit card will be asked to put down a 400.00 USD deposit per room per stay, which will be applied to their room as a credit balance. If for any reason the 400.00 USD deposit is not used during the stay, the unused portion of the amount will be refunded upon check-out in USD.
The use of a debit card will initiate, at the time of check-in, an immediate deduction from guest's bank account for the room rate, inclusive of tax, for all room nights plus 100.00 USD per night for incidentals.
Upon check-out, any unused funds will be credited back to the account. Based upon the business rules of the bank, it may take 72 hours or longer for the bank to process this back to guest's account.
The resort does not accept pets on the property. Guide dogs for the blind or otherwise disabled are exempt from the pet policy; there is no weight limit or pet fee.
