AX The Palace Hotel

Our 7 night B and B stay at The Palace Hotel in a triple room was extremely enjoyable.On booking with Jet2 we requested a bath but to our disappointment although the room was lovely and spacious we had a walk in shower.This however was soon rectified at reception but unfortunately as no rooms available that evening (Saturday) we moved the next day to another stylish room with balcony and beautiful sea views.(.Binoculars which I usually take on holiday would have been very handy to watch the boats unfortunately I forgot). Breakfast was a wonderful experience,with good food,varied each day with plenty of choices.The views from the pool area are exceptional from all sides and provide a very relaxing space.All areas of the hotel and bed rooms are exceptionally clean by the hard working dedicated staff.. This really makes this 5 star hotel stand out as the staff are very efficient,friendly and professional with a genuine kindness especially Zohaib on reception and Leonie in the restaurant who always greeted us with a smile and friendly chat.This made our holiday very memorable and we 3 ladies cant wait to return,hopefully next year.
