This is the worst resort hotel I have ever stayed in. 1. Reception service. Most people don't have the patience to repeat themselves a second time. English is not our native language, I think we should respect and understand each other a little. 2. Housekeeping. I hung the cleaning sign on the door and then went out for a trip. But when I came back at night the room was still not cleaned. The room was cleaned on the first day because I asked for it when I passed by the staff. However, they didn't replenish the bath towels that needed to be changed on that day. 3. Reception & Housekeeping (Room service)did not replenish the supplies in time, so there were no napkins available in our room at night. I had no choice but to call the reception. But the tone of the receptionist was very bad. Please note here that the first sentence and the second sentence were normal, but suddenly became indifferent when she noticed that it was the Asian room. In the end a whole night, we did not get tissues. So funny. 4. Breakfast is not good. Not much variety either.
