What an exceptional hotel. This should definitely be a 5* hotel. From the moment we arrived we just knew this was going to be special. Cold water on arrival. Check in with Francesca was quick and easy with everything explained. No room key, access to room is keypad which is a great idea. The room (Premium suite) was simply stunning, bright, spacious and relaxing. Incredible views of the sea from the balcony. Every single member of the hotel staff were so friendly, attentive and would do anything they could for you, even making sure you had cool water in your room fridge. Rooftop pool was amazing, although getting into warm water for a swim was a little shock (it’s heated only by the sun). You don’t have to leave your sun bed for drinks or food, simply scan the code on your table to order and it arrives. The beach club/infinity pool is not attached to the hotel, it’s across the road off the promenade. It too is stunning, cold and refreshing with unbelievable views across the sea. Spent many hours in the water watching the cruise ships coming in and out. Again, staff here were amazing, attentive and very friendly. I have booked to come back already.
