Pros: Good for solo travelers or backpacGood for solo travelers or backpackers. Worth the money, great location. Less than 5 mins walk to todak waterfront and harbour. Cleanliness is good. Cons: The chinese staff (girl) can't speak english. It is hard actually to communicate if you need anything to ask for, if the chinese guys isn't there because he is the only one can speak english.
