I've stayed here for two days , for the first time i thought it would be luke the others said but all the facilities are now replace for the better facilities and i am very love the way that the staffs did their jobs .. The surrounding are peace and perfect for those who want to stay with peace.. But there are two problems with my room, 
1)The electric switch panel was keep making a annoying sound.
2)The electric shower were too loud and annoying.
The breakfast prepared were also delicious,i suggest you to choose those fried rice if there...

As conclusion,
all of you need to stay here if you're want to save your budget...thats all

Poor in-room facilities, water runs slow. flush & heater malfunction. broken air-cond point. but air-cond is very cool somehow.
Good location.
Breakfast - lousy, add more choices, and increase the price. Guests will be happy. Overall, the hotel needs a repainting and a lot of upgrading. Not a value for money hotel.

Need a lot of upgrading

We stayed there for four days. It seemed like we were the only guests in the hotel for first three days. The property is very old and not well maintained. Rooms were below average. A/c was not working and when we notified them the hotel staff just smiled. We have to request for another room explicitly. No beaches nearby (Don't believe their advertisement saying that beach is just 150m away). WiFi pathetically slow is available in the lobby only and they will turn it off at 11.30 PM. You won't get daily mineral water bottles unless you explicitly ask for each day.  Breakfast doesn't have much variety at all. Bathroom was substandard and bathroom fittings were broken. Bed was pathetically uncomfortable. They have just one power socket in the room which is pretty useless unless you buy a socket adapter for it. They provided an electric kettle in the room but length of it's cord was too short to be placed table (not even one feet, believe me). No safety lockers , no refrigerators  and no telephone.  Airport is very far from here. Ferry terminal is nearby though.

In past I have stayed at different types of hotels around Asia. None of them disappointed me like this.

Avoid this hotel. Run as fast as you can.

We booked a trip with Expedia and this hotel was one of the ones in their list of suggestions.  It was horrendous and Expedia should never have suggested it.  I also have to say that Expedia managed to muck up every part of our trip.  I wouldn't recommend Expedia or this hotel.  The hotel is one used by local workers. There are no redeeming features.  The air conditioner didn't function and the room was a not box, the bed has seen far better days, the bathroom had not has a good scrub for a long time and there were black cracks and holes everywhere.  The TV remote was missing as a previous guest had taken it, there was no fridge or ability to open a window.  The promised balcony was not accessible as the sliding door fell off if opened.  The hotel is on a main road kilometres away from anything worth seeing and there were no descent eating places within walking distance. We went to another hotel no didn't spend more than 10 minutes win the room. Don't go there.  Be very wary of using Expedia   They really let us down on everything
