If you guys are paying 15 sterling pound a night stay, don't complain so much. If you are expecting luxury room and best treatment go stay the five star hotel instead. You and I are just on the budget and be grateful this hotel has very basic amenities to offer. When you guys check in just smile at the counter girl and she will be happy to help you. You have to create the friendly environment and they wil do the same. When I stayed in this hotel everything was in order and in good condition. The room was very cold which I like and the water heater working perfectly. Old TV but hey, I don't watch tv on my vacation. New bath towel provided. I have my own brand of shower gel so not a problem. Free WIFI and very strong. Nearby shopping area and taxi stand. Tired of working just get reflexology around the corner shop for only rm10 per half an hour.

Very basic amenities but overall good

The room was damp. The curtain was short at one window panel, also it's not covering all window panels. We had to cover using our bags.The tv steel frame which is screwed to the ceiling was wobbling if we touch the buttons so it does not seem secure. We found this big dusty spider under the desk like the room had not been cleaned for a year! And there was more surprise at the bathroom, the sink and its water tap was really nasty. The tiled wall for shower was extremely dirty. There was no hair shampoo provided. I couldn't stand the room so we checked out early in the next morning to move to other hotel. Please don't waste your money on this nasty dirty hotel

This hotel was located well within the vicinity of the city centre. Rooms are reasonably good for a value/budget hotel. We did have a few problems where the WiFi had problem, water leakage into the room but upon informing to the management, the staff cleaned the room immediately and arranged an alternative room. The management is nice and friendly. We did not bother much about it because we wanted the hotel room just for few hours of rest and we were out most of the time.
