The hotel selling my room to other guest without notify.the hotel claimed that they did not get confirmation from agoda but when i called agoda then only hotel said the just recieved where else agoda confirm my booking already confirm and i fully paid..beware of the hotel.the director said they sell the room to other guest if i no show up at 1am..but i call around 9 something to inform i going to be late but sadly the director telling me..oh no no room..we fully booked..how can the do this to guest .i have to call here and there just to fix and to find new hote and the hotel just do nothing about this..even though i got full refund from agoda but the hassle that i facing worst and its at night.i think this hotel only thinking of the profit and just lied to guest.please beware of this hotel..this is scammer..without notice the can just sell your room to other and make my life miserable and the director lied about all that she told.m going to write to higher authority.

Terrible experience:

I booked this hotel for 4 days trip with my wife

Location wise it’s good but that’s doesn’t matter because we were not able to sleep all 4 nights due to smell

There was too much cigarette smell inside the hotel and as well as inside the my room 

All the Amenities provided inside room was  very very old 

We also observed that whenever we went outside our hotel  for the city tour hotel staff was coming inside to our room for service without informing us which is a bit unprofessional

Worst Hotel in IPOH

this hotel is located centrally in ipoh near the sports stadiums, and some of the rooms have undergone renovation. The lobby has also has new design based themes and looks fresh and artistic. I stayed in one of the Art Rooms and found it clean, spacious and equipped with furniture (there's an armchair). The bathroom is clean and well-maintained as well. The wifi connection could've been better was adequate. Overall in terms of value of money I found this a great stay.

Great Value Stay at a Boutique Art Hotel

My wife & I chose this budget hotel for a 2-night stay, basically for its location. Depending on traffic condition, it's within a 5- to 10-minute drive to eating places (e.g. Jalan Bandar Timah, Jalan Yau Tet Shin) or food courts in nearby Ipoh Gardens and Medan Selera Stadium. This is also one of the budget hotels with its own car park albeit limited bays. 

Checking-in was a breeze and the staff were friendly. This hotel is not suitable for those who have walking difficulty or use wheelchairs as there's a flight of stairs to the first floor and the lift at the end of the hall way. Be prepared to lug your luggage to your room.

Our room (#226) was at the back (probably the older wing) and face a school. Fortunately, school was out for the year-end holiday. Room size was decent for the rate we paid. During our stay, the room was made up daily and replenished with 2 bottles of water and 2 packets of 3-in-1 Ipoh White Coffee (no tea bags). A kettle is provided. 

The air-con was a comparatively old but worked effectively to cool the room. Couldn't get any channels on the non-LCD television. Strong wi-fi signal, but couldn't log in. The bed -- firm mattress but this cannot be said of the pillows; ength of the blanket too short.

Bathroom -- no toiletry provided; shower faucet plus bodywash/shampoo dispenser. Strong pressure with hot water. However, you'll have to wait for the water in the tank to heat up if your spouse or roommate has used up the hot water. Well-worn bath towels.    

Decent Budget Hotel in Good Location

No tv channel during the stay & receptionist shud inform during check in. The aircond sound too loud. Good on cleanliness. Overall stay was ok just the receptionist shud inform the guest early on the tv channels during check in.

Walked in & paid for 2 rooms. Disappointed to find out the TV for both room doest work. Felt cheated
Reception should be more responsible & must informed all guest.

Cleanliness was decent for the price. WiFi problem... Can't seem to connect.

Room as per described in web. No breakfast though payment made was for room & breakfast. The reason we chose this hotel as they provide breakfast & that time was festive sesaon. No restaurant open that time. Not even a single bread from 7-Eleven given as a replacement. Have to walk thru smoking-floor to get to the non-smoking floor. We had bad cough as a result of it as me & my son are asthmatic. Parking less security

Easy acess to various locations.Service not in order

The room has nothing to shout about but the basin was broken with water rushing down at the bottom of the basin. It got worst on 3rd day and the bed sheet has dried blood stain the day we checked in. One of the curtain has burned hole.

Not a decent stay.

Air conditioning sound is noisy and old television which cannot Switch the channel.
